Every week during escrow, I thought we were going to lose the deal. But with every roadblock the seller threw at us you were able, somehow, to solve the problems. Thomas Levin is the BEST real estate agent, and the most ethical business man I have ever met. I have had the good fortune to have him handle the sale of my personal home and also my dear friend's home after her death. He is VERY knowledgeable and knows how to market homes for the best deal possible and will give advice based on his expertise. There may be other agents who know how to do that, but there are none that go SO much farther. Thomas handles every aspect needed for his clients. He truly goes the"extra mile".
